Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, Official Journal of the EU. The Administrator has appointed, pursuant to Article 37 RODO and Article 10 (1) of the Act of May 10, 2018. on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1781) Personal Data Protection Supervisor

Each time personal data is acquired, the controller shall complete detailed information of the data subject in compliance with the provisions of the RODO, adjusting the information to the purpose for which the data is acquired, including the legal basis, recipients of the data, the period of storage, the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning the data subject, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability, and in the case of processing on the basis of consent, the consequences of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data.

Any data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection pursuant to Article 77 of the RODO (...any data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, (...) if he/she believes that the processing of personal data concerning him/her violates this Regulation) -. Fulfilling the legal obligation regulated by the provisions of Article 13 (1) and (2) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), Official Journal of the EU. L. 2016.119.1 dated May 4, 2016, hereinafter RODO, informs that:

2. Provision of personal data by you is voluntary but necessary
   in order to conclude and perform the contract.
3. Your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO (processing is necessary for the performance of the contract) and Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO (processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the administrator, e.g. tax and other legal settlements).
4. Your personal data may be shared with data recipients within the meaning of Article 4(9) of the RODO only within the limits and provisions of the law, e.g. with whom the controller has signed data processing agreements on behalf of the controller.
5. Personal data may be transferred to authorized state bodies, legal protection authorities (Police, Prosecutor's Office, Court) or in connection with ongoing investigations.
6. Your personal data will be stored in accordance with applicable laws, including the law on archiving.
7. Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making by the Administrator, including profiling.
8. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
9. You have the right to access the content of your personal data and to rectify, erase or restrict its processing (if not restricted by the fulfillment of a legal provision).
10. W związku z organizowanym przez Narodowy Instytut Kultury i Dziedzictwa Wsi w Warszawie wydarzeniem publicznie otwartym, informujemy, że będzie ono rejestrowane zgodnie z art. 81 ust. 2 pkt 2 ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych (Dz. U. 2021, poz. 1062 ze zm.) i rozpowszechniane na stronie internetowej organizatora oraz w mediach społecznościowych.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC(Official Journal of the EU. L. 2016.119.1 of May 4,2016 ) do not apply by the organizer during the organized public events.

Taking, publishing and sharing photos, videos by participants of the event, is done solely at their own responsibility and awareness of the consequences of distributing the image of others without their consent.

Those participating in the event accept the above conditions.
