GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. This Privacy Respect Policy[1] of individuals, is for informational purposes of the personal data collector, which means that it is not a source of obligations for Users.
  2. Administratorem Państwa danych osobowych z chwilą ich pozyskania (w każdej dostępnej postaci – tradycyjnej lub elektronicznej) jest Narodowy Instytut Kultury i Dziedzictwa Wsi w Warszawie, ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 66, 00-322 Warszawa, reprezentowany przez dyrektora.
  3. The Administrator shall process personal data in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law, in particular, in accordance with national legislation with regard to the nature of the business and in light of the provisions set forth in Regulation (EU)2016 /679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: the Regulation) and national data protection legislation.
  4. In order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and the security of data and data processing, the Administrator shall provide appropriate technical and organizational measures. The Administrator shall take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, possible distortion or loss of personal data.
  5. The administrator obtained your personal data in a manner consistent with your will, either through the use of traditional documents (contact form), or through your e-mail referral[2], as well as from the opportunity to sign up for the Newsletter.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

  1. The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is to undertake activities prior to concluding a contract, i.e. to present an offer and the terms and conditions and possibilities of cooperation, to provide services by electronic means, e.g. a newsletter, to handle various requests, and to keep in touch with any interested party in the subject area. In the aforementioned cases, the legal basis for data processing is the statement of the contracting party (according to the disposition of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO). In connection with the above, the basis for the performance of subsequent data processing activities will be the necessity to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (see Article 6(1)(c) RODO), including, the provision of data to state authorities at their legitimate request within the limits and on the basis of the law, e.g. for tax and accounting purposes.
  2. If the User gives consent to the processing of personal data, the consent will be the basis for data processing (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
  3. You may withdraw the consent you have given at any time, unless the regulations provide otherwise.
  4. The Administrator processes the following personal data[3] of Users and Buyers: name and surname, e-mail address, contact telephone number, (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country)/ address of residence / business / registered office, date of birth/age, gender, if such data is indicated by the User in the content of the e-mail sent to the Administrator or in the contact form.
  5. Provision of personal data by Users is voluntary. If the User intends to conclude an Agreement with the Administrator, failure to provide personal data necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Agreement will result in the inability to conclude the Agreement.
  6. Users' personal data processed as a result of a submitted inquiry or for the purpose of entering into a contract shall be processed by the Administrator, for the period of time necessary to respond, fulfill the contract and/or provide services.
  7. If the Administrator intends to process or processes Users' data for the purpose of direct marketing, the data subject shall be entitled to object to the processing of his/her data,
  8. Users' personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
  9. In connection with the processing of data for the purposes and on the grounds described above, Users' personal data may be shared with the following recipients or categories of recipients under processing agreements on behalf of the controller to the extent necessary to fulfill the above purposes:
    • entities participating in the processes necessary for the performance of the contract, including those providing, payment services, services provided electronically;
    • entities operating or supporting our information and communication systems.

THE RIGHTS OF USERS WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED

  1. In accordance with the law, each User whose personal data is processed by the Administrator has the right to access the data provided, to rectify, delete, limit processing, to object, the right to transfer personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

COOKIES

  1. The administrator uses cookies, which are used to improve the site taking into account the needs of Users and to ensure safety while on these pages. Cookies (so-called "cookies") make it possible to track the frequency of page views and navigation on the site.
  2. The Administrator may process the data contained in cookies during the use by:
    Users from the https://nikidw.edu.pl/ website for the following purposes:
    - tracking the number of page views of https://nikidw.edu.pl/,
    - direct marketing of products or services;
    - keeping anonymous statistics on the use of https://nikidw.edu.pl/ website.
  3. By default, most web browsers on the market accept cookies by default. Everyone has the ability to determine the conditions of use of cookies through the settings of the browser used. This means that you can, for example, partially restrict (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the ability to save cookies - in the latter case, however, this may affect the functionality of the website.
  4. The browser settings for cookies are relevant to the acceptance of the use of cookies, in accordance with the regulations such acceptance can also be expressed through the browser settings. In the absence of such consent,[4] the browser settings for cookies must be changed accordingly.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. This regulation comes into force on 29/12/2023.
  2. This regulation is subject to periodic review for updating, particularly in the event of regulatory changes.
