The culinary heritage of the regions - webinars for KGWs!

Już w przyszłym tygodniu rozpocznie się cykl nieodpłatnych szkoleń internetowych dla kół gospodyń wiejskich pt. „Dziedzictwo kulinarne regionów – produkty wysokiej jakości”, organizowanych przez Narodowy Instytut Kultury i Dziedzictwa Wsi, we współpracy z Polską Izbą Produktu Regionalnego i Lokalnego. Szkolenia, w formie 1,5 godzinnych webinariów rozpoczynają się 28 października i potrwają do 29 listopada br.,

The trainings are regional and thematic in nature. Trainings on the culinary heritage of specific regions are addressed to KGWs from the area of a specific province. Thematic trainings are intended for all interested parties and cover such issues as:

  • quality food - labels and certifications
  • native breeds of animals and ancient varieties of plants in food processing
  • culinary trails, and regional and traditional products
  • How to recognize quality foods, what to consider when choosing products.
  • How to promote your own traditional products (culinary competitions, special events, etc.).
  • how to present products and dishes

The trainings are conducted by experts from the Polish Chamber of Regional and Local Product. To sign up for the training, register at www.kulinaria-kgw.edu.pl and fill out the application form. The schedule of individual webinars and training regulations are available on this page. The number of places is limited.
