The theme of the workshop was traditional Christmas decorations. At four separate stations, visitors could try their hand at making ornaments from straw, colorful wafers, tissue paper and nuts. A great advantage of the event was the involvement of young people as instructors. In this way, the youngest learned from the slightly older, just as it used to be in multi-generational village families.
Several hundred people benefited from the six-hour workshop. Young artists were able to take their creations home. Nothing pleases more than a Christmas tree decorated with handmade ornaments.
The Song and Dance Ensemble of the Boleslawiec Land, run by the Foundation, guaranteed Christmas refreshments. There was no shortage of delicious dried compote and homemade gingerbread cookies. The entire workshop was filled with smiles and joy of spending time together.
Our sincere thanks to all participants and organizers!
