Female farmers, entrepreneurs, socialists, activists, cultural promoters, advocates of healthy lifestyles, mothers, wives - these are the modern female residents of the countryside. Women who are ambitious, creative and confident. Every day they make sure that all residents live a better life, while not forgetting to find time in this flurry of activities to carry out their own plans.
During our event, we want to show their role and importance in rural development activities. We will be hosting the rural housewives' circles, who will prepare delicacies of traditional cuisine, as well as folk artists, who will present their handicraft products - including: tissue paper flowers, ceramics, jewelry, weaving, embroidery and amber articles.
Women's folk bands will take care of the musical setting:
- Węgojska Strużka
- Strefień Theatrical and Ritual Ensemble from Jurkowice
- Saltatio Incantata
Visitors will be able to take part in special workshops on the creation of natural cosmetics using herbs and flowers, preparation and presentation of a traditional table, and ceramic workshops.
So there is something for everyone...
