We start at noon. At the opening will play and sing: Marzyszanki Singing Group and Children's Folk Group "Kujawy".
Stalls with Christmas decorations made of straw, tissue paper, wafer (so-called worlds), hand-painted baubles and ornaments with a Krzczonow pattern will be waiting for our guests. Fans of non-standard gifts will have a rich choice among the offerings in the form of folk ceramics, wooden sculpture, lace and embroidered goods.
For those who like to make Christmas tree ornaments themselves, we have prepared workshops led by notable folk artists. You will be able to learn how to make wafer ornaments, traditional cutouts and painting wooden birds. Those interested in Christmas culinary will be able to explore the secrets of decorating gingerbread and baking fafernuchi.
We also invite you to visit the stands full of dishes of traditional cuisine prepared by the ladies of the rural housewives' circles. There will be no shortage of traditional preserves, cured meats, cheeses and honey. For ladies and not only, we recommend a stand with natural cosmetics.
Throughout the fair we will be accompanied by Christmas folk music. However, for lovers of more folk rhythms, we have prepared two wonderful concerts. In the evening, Kapela ze Wsi Warszawa and the Czeremszyna band will appear on stage.
We anticipate the end of the Fair at 7:00 pm.
