Folk Culture Day in Valenchow
A day of folk culture organized by NIKiDW and Opatów Municipality took place on September 7 on the field near the elementary school in Waleńczów. The event was aimed at popularizing the culture of the Czestochowa and Wielunska regions among the residents of the municipality.

REMINDER! The 4th national film contest "The world revolves around the countryside" organized by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is underway. Partners in organizing the competition are the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture and the National Center for Agricultural Support.
The 2024 Oskar Kolberg Award Gala is coming up!
For the forty-ninth time, the Oskar Kolberg Award "For Merits to Folk Culture" will be presented to artists of music and dance, fine arts, handicrafts and folk writing. Honorable mentions will also be given to ethnographers and folklorists, as well as institutions that disseminate traditional culture.
The gala will take place on September 12 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw.
