We would like to invite you on Saturday , March 23, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, to the Cultural Heritage Center in Pultusk for an unusual event, which will include a workshop of ritual arts of the White and Green Kurpi, addressed to children, youth and adults. All those interested will be able to try their hand at creating Easter eggs, palmettes, cutouts and ritual dough on their own.
An Easter fair will be held in the market in front of the City Hall. Folk artists, handicraftsmen and the Kurpie housewives' circles will present their works. There will also be a competition for housewives to make "rejbak kurpiowski," a traditional casserole made of grated chang, with meat and onions.
The entire event will be accompanied by Kurpie music, and a concert of "Lenten Songs" performed by the Kurpie Folk Group "Carniacy" and Witold Kuczynski,will surely put everyone in the atmosphere of the upcoming Easter holidays.
The co-organizer of the XXV Meetings with Easter Art is the Pultusk Municipality and the Regional Museum in Pultusk.
