From the very beginning of the event, visitors could taste specialties of regional cuisine, which were served at the stands of the Rozbark Foundation and Rural Housewives' Circles - "To Be a Woman" in Jastrzebie, Kiełko-WIANKI and Orzech Rękodzieło. In addition, Ms. Aldona Krawiec of Yagi Farm offered goat cheese, dairy products.
At the same time, handicrafts of folk artists were presented. Visitors had the opportunity to admire beautiful products, such as embroideries by Ms. Weronika Łacek, Opole ceramics hand-painted by Ms. Teresa Ozimek, as well as jewelry with motifs from Silesian costumes, created by Ms. Anna Ścigała-Kocan of Resinella Art. Ms. Gabriela Kollmann, who conducted herbal workshops, also had her stand, and Ms. Katarzyna Szpakowska showed how to create paintings on a board inspired by Opole patterns.
At 3 p.m., the performances of the bands began on stage. The first to perform was the Magurzanie Regional Band from Łodygowice, which introduced the audience to the atmosphere of traditional highland music. Then the Song and Dance Ensemble Halka from Lubliniec, which has a rich artistic heritage, appeared on stage, followed shortly after by the Song and Dance Ensemble Raciborzanie, which delighted the audience with its dance artistry. The Lower Silesian Folk Group "Warzęgowianie" rounded out the repertoire, presenting a wealth of regional songs.
Each group had the opportunity to perform three times, allowing the audience to fully immerse themselves in the diversity of folklore. The performances ended at 8 pm, leaving the audience in excellent spirits.
After the artistic part, it was time for the Dancing Party, which began with regional dance workshops led by the Raciborzanie Song and Dance Ensemble. Participants had the opportunity to learn the steps of traditional dances, which became a great introduction to further fun. The Watra Highland Band and the Blachura and Fick Band provided musical accompaniment, which moved both younger and older participants to dance.
The event ended at 10:00 pm, with participants leaving the venue full of excitement and with smiles on their faces.
