The purpose of the Master-Student Scholarship Program is to maintain local traditions and skills and ensure the continuity of such creativity, manifested in verbal culture, folklore and arts, crafts and handicrafts. The scholarship competition received a wide response. All the creative activities honored in the 3rd edition of the Program focused on activities related to the continuation and transmission of traditions within the local community.
